About Pixelist Media

Who you would be working with

We are a real estate media company serving the Phoenix metro. We produce listing photography, cinematic video, drone, floor plans, virtual services, and marketing content for agents, brokerages, and luxury home sellers.

We were built on a simple idea: the images matter, and so does everything around them. Agents come back to us because we show up on time, communicate clearly, and deliver work that holds up next to any listing in the market. That reputation is the business, and every person on our team either protects it or damages it.

We are growing, and we are building a team that works the same way we do.

Premium standardEvery listing gets the same level of care, from a starter home to an estate.
Real systemsClear processes, shot lists, and training so you are never guessing.

About the role

What we are looking for in a Creative Specialist

Phoenix Metro Field Based Part-time to Full-time Own transportation required

A Creative Specialist at Pixelist Media is the person our clients meet at the door. You shoot listings, capture cinematic video, fly drone, and deliver work that makes a home look like the best version of itself. Just as importantly, you represent our brand on site with agents, homeowners, and their families.

We are a premium real estate media company. Our clients are agents and brokerages who are trusted with someone’s largest asset, and they pass that trust to us. We are looking for people who take that seriously, show up early, and care about the last five percent of a job.

What you will be doing

  • Shoot interior and exterior listing photography using flash and natural light
  • Capture cinematic listing video and short-form vertical content for social
  • Fly drone for aerial stills and video where conditions and regulations allow
  • Capture floor plan and 3D scan data on properties that require it
  • Communicate with agents and homeowners on site, professionally and warmly
  • Follow our shot lists, naming conventions, and delivery timelines exactly
  • Protect the property you are working in and leave it exactly as you found it

What we are looking for

  • Reliability above all. Shoots are scheduled around listing deadlines. If you are on the calendar, you are there, on time, every time.
  • A real eye. You understand composition, vertical lines, and light. Your portfolio should show it.
  • Speed with standards. Most listings are shot in 45 to 90 minutes. You work efficiently without cutting corners.
  • Client presence. Calm, friendly, and professional with agents and sellers, even when a home is not ready or a homeowner is stressed.
  • Coachability. We have a style and a system. We will train you on it and expect you to follow it.
  • Ownership. When something goes wrong on a shoot, you tell us immediately and help solve it.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and comfort driving across the Phoenix metro
  • Your own camera body and lenses, or willingness to discuss a gear arrangement with us
  • Availability during weekday daytime hours, when the majority of listings are shot
  • A portfolio or reel we can review
  • FAA Part 107 certification if you plan to fly drone commercially, or willingness to obtain it

Nice to have

  • Prior real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience
  • Editing skill in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience with Matterport, CubiCasa, Zillow 3D, or similar scanning tools
  • Twilight and luxury listing experience

If that sounds like you, fill out the form below. It takes about five minutes.
